Please review for accuracy, it is your responsibility to notify Happy Limousine, Inc by calling 407-856-1280 of any discrepancies. Your card will be billed in full up to 14 days prior to the pickup date. Any changes to future bookings MUST be done by contacting the office, Changes in future trips reported to the driver will NOT be processed. Please be advised that you must cancel your reservation at least 2 days prior to your scheduled pick update, should you fail to cancel your reservation at least 2 days prior to your pickup time, and fail to show up at your pre-scheduled pickup time, we reserve the right to charge you FULL 1-WAY FARE. If you do not see our driver at the airport, you MUST call us immediately so we can locate the driver for you. DO NOT depart the airport if you are unable to find the driver. You will be charged full 1-way fare if you fail to notify us via 407-856-1280. You must contact the office immediately if you are unable to locate our driver. We reserve the right to charge you wait time and additional airport parking if your bags do not make it on the flight and you have to fill out paperwork at the baggage claim. We will charge you $15/hour for delayed flights, The charge will be $25/hr. for delayed bus rides., We cannot waive this charge since the drivers have to be paid while waiting. Grocery stop will not be offered if the flight is delayed by 30 minutes or longer or if the flight arrives 30 minutes early. On the date of your departure, you must be ready to depart at the prescheduled time. We will allow you 10 minute grace period (non-airport locations) or 45 minutes grace period for all airport pickups(domestic arrivals) and 80 minutes grace period for International arrivals., if at the expiration of free wait time, you fail to show up, you will be charged wait time plus parking fee(airports only) in addition to the fare you have already paid until the time you show up. The wait time charges will be billed at an hourly rate for the vehicle booked. We will wait for up to 30 minutes maximum and will try in good faith to locate you at the property the pickup was scheduled. If our driver hasn’t located you within 30 minutes of the prescheduled time, and you haven’t contacted our driver or the office, we may at our discretion instruct the driver to depart the property. If you call us 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup and if we must send the driver back to your place of pickup, then you will be charged additional depending on the location. You must call at least 48 hours in advance if you need to change your pickup time, however if you fail to notify us of the changed pickup time, we may or may not be able to accommodate you. We will try in good faith to get a vehicle dispatched to your location as quickly as possible. You will be held responsible for any damage caused to the interior or the exterior of the vehicle you are using if the damage is a direct result of negligence on your part or your guests. We will impose a minimum of $100.00 cleaning charge if excessive trash is left inside the vehicle. Use of tobacco products inside the limousine is strictly prohibited and will result in a minimum charge of $200.00. Spillage of any liquid products inside the limousine which requires the carpets or the seats to be professionally cleaned will result in a minimum charge of $150.00. Vomiting inside the limousine will result in a minimum cleaning charge of $250.00. Due to flight delays or vehicle breakdowns, there is a slight chance that you might be transported in a vehicle other than the one you reserved, in that case, If the new charge is less than the original charge, we will refund the difference. Happy limousine DOES NOT guarantee color of vehicle booked. Sometimes the driver might forget to bring child seats, we will credit the client in full for the costs of child seats. We will not issue any further credits towards the fare charged. It is the customer’s responsibility to install any child seats that are rented from Happy Limousine. Happy Limousine drivers will NOT install any child seats due to liability issues. CONSUMPTION OF FOOD ITEMS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE ANY VEHICLE. YOUR DRIVER WILL TEXT MESSAGE YOU BETWEEN 6PM-9PM EASTERN TIME A DAY BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED PICKUP AND RE-CONFIRM YOUR RIDE. PLEASE RESPOND TO THE DRIVER’S TEXT AS “CONFIRMED.” CLIENTS BEING PICKED UP AT THE PORT WILL RECEIVE A TEXT MESSAGE AN HOUR BEFORE THE SCHEDULED RIDE, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR DRIVER ONCE OUTSIDE THE TERMINAL IN ORDER TO SCHEDULE PICKUP. THE QUOTED RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE, GRATUITIES AND MISC CHARGES, FOR EXAMPLE CARSEATS, PORT FEES, EARLY/LATE FEE , INTERNATIONAL ARRIVAL AND OUT OF TOWN FUEL SURCHARGES. IN CASE OF A REFUND, HAPPY LIMOUSINE, INC IS ONLY RESPONSIBLE UP TO THE MAXIMUM BOOKED FARE. ANY CUSTOMER WHO TAKES ALTERNATE TRANSPORTATION BEFORE THE PRE-SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME WILL NOT BE REFUNDED! ALL CANCELLATION REFUNDS MAY TAKE UP TO 14 DAYS TO BE CREDITED BACK TO THE CARD ON FILE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF THE BOOKING IS CANCELLED LESS THAN 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE PICKUP TIME, NO EXCEPTIONS! WE WILL OFFER A FULL REFUND FOR ALL RIDES WHICH INCLUDED TRIP INSURANCE AS LONG AS THE TRIP IS CANCELLED AT LEAST 2 HOURS PRIOR TO THE PICKUP TIME(Trip insurance is not offered for bus bookings). TRIP INSURANCE MAY ONLY BE PURCHASED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF MAKING THE RESERVATION. ALL BUS BOOKINGS MUST BE CANCELLED 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE PICKUP DATE FOR A FULL REFUND. WE WILL OFFER A 50% REFUND FOR ALL BUS BOOKINGS CANCELLED 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE PICKUP DATE. ALL BUS BOOKINGS WHICH ARE CANCELLED LESS THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE PICKUP DATE WILL NOT BE ISSUED ANY REFUNDS.
WAIVER of LIABILITY. —The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is reported to be contagious. The state of medical knowledge is evolving, but the virus is believed to spread from person-to-person contact and possibly by contact with contaminated surfaces and objects or in the air. People reportedly can be infected and show no symptoms and therefore spread the disease. The exact methods of spread and contraction are unknown, and there is no known treatment, cure, or vaccine for COVID-19. Evidence has shown that COVID-19 can cause serious and potentially life-threatening illness and even death.
[Happy Limousine, Inc] cannot prevent you [or your child(ren)] from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while utilizing Happy Limousine’s services or premises. It is not possible to prevent against the presence of the disease. Therefore, if you choose to utilize [company]’s services and/or enter onto [company]’s premises you may be exposing yourself to and/or increasing your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK.– I have read and understood the above warning concerning COVID-19. I hereby choose to accept the risk of contracting COVID-19 for myself and/or my children to utilize Happy Limousine Inc’s services and enter Happy Limousine’s premises. These services are of such value to me [and/or to my children, that I accept the risk of being exposed to, contracting, and/or spreading COVID-19 to utilize Happy Limousine Inc’s services and premises in person.
WAIVER OF LAWSUIT/LIABILITY.– I hereby forever release and waive my right to sue Happy Limousine Inc and its owners, officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, or other representatives in connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19 related to utilizing Happy Limousine Inc’s services and premises. I understand that this waiver means I give up my right to bring any claims including for personal injuries, death, disease or property losses, or any other loss, including but not limited to claims of negligence and give up any claim I may have to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen, or unforeseen.
