My passion for traveling started back when I was just a young child.  My father would make sure went on a family vacation each summer.  Those are memories that I still treasure today.  Our vacations took us all over the US and into Canada.   We went as far west to the beaches of California and the Space Needle of Seattle.  We traveled to Jackson Hole, Wyoming and the Grand Tetons of Montana.  I will never forget the majesty of the Mt. Rushmore and Crazy Horse monuments in the Black Hills of South Dakota as well as Old Faithful geyser in Yellowstone National Park.  Other travels included The Ozarks in Missouri, the headwaters of the Mississippi River and even up to the International Peace Gardens on the US/Canadian border. These are just a few of our family vacations that we still reminisce about today!

As an adult many folks ask me about my favorite destination but there are so many that I can’t choose just one.  I have had the opportunity to visit places such as pineapple fields of Hawaii to the beaches of Nicaragua. As well as snorkeling off the coast of Roatan Island, Honduras and swimming in the cenotes of Mexico. It gave me such joy to be able to observe sea lions and penguins on the “Galapagos Islands” of Peru. One most challenging but thrilling adventure was in Jamaica when I climbed  up Dunn’s River Falls and then went cliff diving or should I say cliff jumping into the Caribbean Sea.
