This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through dreamsfulfilledtravel.com (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the rights you have — including rights specific to residents of California and Canada.

  • Information you give us — name, email, phone, travel preferences, trip details, and any other information you submit through quote requests, contact forms, sweepstakes entries, or when communicating with one of our Dream Designers.
  • Automatically collected information — device type, browser, IP address, pages visited, referring URL, and similar usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Information from partners — suppliers and marketing partners (including Signature Travel Network, Disney, Universal, cruise lines, and resorts) may share information related to bookings, sweepstakes, and promotions you engage with.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to inquiries and plan, book, and service your travel.
  • Communicate with you about your trip, our services, and promotions.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site.
  • Measure marketing performance and personalize content.

3. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as needed:

  • Travel suppliers (Disney, Universal, cruise lines, resorts, tour operators, insurance providers) to book and deliver the services you request.
  • Service providers who help us operate the Site, including hosting, analytics, email, and CRM vendors.
  • Marketing partners, including Signature Travel Network, for co-branded sweepstakes and promotional campaigns you opt into.
  • Legal & safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

6. Canadian Residents (PIPEDA / CASL)

7. EU / UK Residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Our legal bases include consent, contract performance, and our legitimate interests in operating and improving our services.

8. Data Retention & Security

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information; no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have, please contact us so we can delete it.
